My daughter just had emergency surgery for an ovarian cyst with torsion. When they entered through laporoscopy, they found fluid in the fallopian tube and diagnosed hydorsalpinx as well. Dr. mentioned it usually occurs as a result of an infection, yet the fluid was clear. The fallopian tube and ovary were also twisted around each other. My daughter has never had a vaginal infection, so I wonder if hydrosalpinx occurs apart from infection, and how. I am concerned, too. What is important is we have tried our very best. Maybe God has his own plan. Like me, I've always wanted to become a dad but have not been so lucky with relationship. My only last hope to become a real father is through IVF. I’m looking for a right lady who also desires a child and would be interested in pregnancy using IVF treatment method.
